Hi, my name is Emily Mascarenhas, founder of Spirit Ash, wife to Tim and mumma of 5 magickal babes. Our journey lead us from London to Devon in 2020, called to the land of Dartmoor to raise our children and develop our business. After many years of treading the boards in London working in the theatre as a dancer and an actor we sought a life filled with more abundance and more financial security but one that still fed our souls.
Our lives have changed so much over the years, but now we feel such gratitude in our hearts knowing that we have truly come home (and mostly to ourselves)
I am an integrative nutrition family health coach, dōTERRA essential oil UK founder, cacao circle facilitator, professionally trained dancer and simplicity parenting coach.
Together my husband Tim and I run our business and own the Spirit Ash Studio. Our vision is to invite the heart, soul and spirit of Ashburton to gather and co-create with us. My passion is in living each day as a ceremony and teaching other women, men and families to do the same. Merging the feminine gift of “being” with the masculine gift of “doing” discovering more balance in our lives and learning to honour our bodies and hearts as the sacred vessels they are. I teach others how to develop simple daily rituals to nourish and love ourselves better, because in doing so we unlock the key to healing that casts a spell for generations yet to come. Working with my magickal dōTERRA essential oils and other practices and gifts from Mother Earth as tools to support ourselves and our families connecting us to the divine healer within.
Intuiting with the power of the plants is my love language. As a woman, a wife and a mother of 5 amazing wildings I believe in autonomy, freedom and joy. I know that we as sovereign beings can choose to dream weave the lives we wish to create around our families and cultivate what really truly matters to us. It brings me great joy to be a small part of guiding women, men and families back into their power and back into their health. This wellness path is a whole body journey for body, mind and spirit using the tools that mother nature has lovingly provided.
