Why I use Oils
As a typical taurean I have always been a flower loving earth child. From a young age I felt a connection to mumma Gaia and would spend hours outside collecting bright and fragrant flower petals making potions and mud pies in awe and wonder. I loved playing with the colours, smells and tastes and my scented lip balm collection was my most prized asset! I guess I have always recognised the healing capacity of Mother Nature, following her rhythms and cycles a student and daughter of the earth. When I became a mother for the first time I knew I wanted to lean on mother natures guidance to care for and nurture my babies. I knew I would rather use natural solutions over chemicals being far safer. I knew that the body has an incredible capacity to heal itself when supported in the right way with the right lifestyle and health choices. This was intuitive to me and the fact that these oils have been our primary healthcare as a family for the last 8 years sings to my heart and speaks volumes because they are all we have needed to reach for. It is such an honour to share them with the thousands of other families who’s lives have been touched by their magic. My calling is to share these gifts of the earth with the other mothers, women, men and communities, with anyone who hears the call so that they too can pass this knowledge on as a lineage of sacred inherited wisdom.
dōTERRA essential oils have a very special energy. The purity, potency, life force and spirit of the plants held within these bottles is unique. As soon as you open the lid they will take you on a healing journey back into your heart.
I was attracted to the oils in the beginning as physical tools to use for my children to keep them well or to have on hand if they got sick. I was fascinated learning about the chemistry of essential oils and how they work at cellular level in our bodies, which excited me. However as you deepen your connection with the scared wisdom held in these pretty glass bottles you will realise that they heal you on a much deeper level. Almost like peeling back the layers of an onion to unveil what is held within much deeper than just at physical level. These oils bring us back home, reminding and re-wilding us with every sniff …
All of nature carries a divine intelligence. This intelligence tells the earth how to spin, the sun when to rise, the tide when to turn, a chick when to hatch, a baby when to be born etc. A flower knows exactly when to bloom, opening and giving off its seductive scent to attract the pollinators. The myrophores also known as the mistresses of the oils or “women bearing myrrh” were priestesses and healers called to work with powerful, potent, aromatic oils, working with them and peeling back the layers revealing a deeper level of understanding.

What I recommend
Enrolment kits are usually the best and most popular way to get started. They include wholesale membership for free, which is usually £24 separately, plus the oils work out as much cheaper when purchased as part of a starter kit than when buying separately. With a wholesale account, you’d get 25% off moving forward on any orders you make. You will also get on-going support from me and access to closed groups, classes and programmes etc.
There are various options available for first time orders that have been very specifically put together so you have oils for all manner of what life might throw at you – and believe me, you will use ALL the core oil. I actually still use those 10 oils most. Even though I have all the oils, they are my go to oils.

It doesn’t contain the free diffuser, so the Home essentials kit is a better value, as it’s 3 x as much oil but not even double the price!! Most people tend to run out of the oils with this smaller kit quickly and then wish they had gone for the next kit up.
