Our boutique Yoga Studio offers daily yoga, dance, hot yoga, ceremony, essential oil workshops and other beautiful events. You will find an array of unique class and workshop choices to fill your cups and nourish your soul.
The Spirit Ash soul cafe at reception means you can peruse some very special chosen pieces, drink a ceremonial cacao, nibble on some elemental chocolate or enjoy a green juice. Here at Spirit Ash we invite you to weave more sacred moments into each and every day. Come join the family.

We have a really beautiful New Member Offer where you can try unlimited classes for £35 (including hot) and £30 (not including hot). This is a great way to get a feel of all the classes and teachers and find what works for you. After that you can continue as an unlimited member or book a block or even just drop in (booking always suggested to avoid disappointment).

The Therapy Space
Our beautiful and light therapy room offers a tranquil serene space for therapists to practice their art. From massage to reiki, reflexology to ceremonial tattoo to counselling, we offer a collection of magickal treatments and host a magickal faculty of practitioners ready to share their expertise and skills.
